Bug description: Seal of Command should replaced with Seal of Truth At level 24;but in here we still have Seal of command after level 24.

Proof:
http://wow.gamepedia.com/Seal_of_Command >> Seal of Command is a paladin ability, available at level 3. At level 24, it is replaced with [Seal of Truth].
