Bug description: cloak and dagger its should'nt work on rooted like frostnova its work like shadowstep but its work on rooted like frostnova and its bug.

He is talking about the old bug that existed on PTR on retail, where CaD was able to remove roots and ignored LoS.

Confirm, the talent teleports you even while rooted and it shouldn't.
