Bug description: 2nd voting site has issues at times, and can't vote properly. Constantly leads to missed vote points. Sometimes refunded, but the vote timer happens so late and I end up missing vote points. Already missed ~ 20 vote points due to this. Remove it as a requirement if it goes down or something.

Proof: N/A. Depends on whenever it happens.
