It isn't necessary, you win a lot of bgs as horde and also as ally.

a huge problem is: making more and more players join bg even when horde got only 5 on it....in other server that i also play if 1 player join in one side only one player will be able to join in the other, just change this

The system shouldn't allow for example having 5 allies vs 10 hordes, if it does you should most definitely open a bug report.
