[FIXED] [Hunter][Spell][All] Deterrence

Bug description: The spell deflects all attacks as it should but when someone cast a spell/ability on the hunter and after cast and before spell/ability hits the hunter he uses deterrence the attack is not deflected.

Spells with travel time will hit if you dett after the player finshed casting the spell .
