Bug description: 1. https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=39149 isnt spawned when you take the quest
2. https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=39149 has like a 30 minute respawn. all the other thunderdrome npcs have a much shorter (~3 and a half minutes) respawn timer
3. https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=39149 npc finder is not showing sarinexx spawn time. so you dont know if you have to wait around for 20 minutes or 2 minutes to get the kill
4. sometimes the gadgetzan guards attack the quest mobs so you cant get credit for killing them

if it cant be made to properly work it should at least spawn like the rest of the thunderdrome bosses(zumonga. kelsey/megs, ginormus), ie FAST

I made some modifications on the quests. You can get all quest as before. No npc will be spawned. If you want to kill Sarinexx you must have the quest in quest log and click once more on Dr. Dealwell. Same for all the other quests.
