Bug description: First bug of this spell passive bonus 6% is not working or just not shown on stats, picture #1 and #2
Second bug 15%active buff not working too or is not shown too on stats no Spell Power increase.. picture #3 and #4

It's not supposed to increase spellpower, it increases spell DAMAGE, thats why you will not see any increase in spellpower, the damage increase works fine in both cases, 6% and 15%.

Just to show you a rough idea that it works:

As you can see, my first frostbolt is without any level 90 talent and it hit for 55,317 damage. The second frostbolt was with Incanter's Ward passive 6% spell damage increase and it hit for 58,750.

To roughly demonstrate the increase actually works we do 55,317 * 1.06 = 58,636, very similar to what we got in the screenshot.

Ofcourse frostbolt damage is not fixed it varies a bit, this was just an example.
