[FIXED] [Paladin] Hammer of wrath

Bug description: Hammer of wrath should not be able to dodge, parry or block (same mechanics like judgement , judgement working fine but hammer of wrath dont, enemies can dodge it)

Also, look at my last post, it can be dodge, but not parry. About block chance... idk ( try to find some proofs ).Sooo, put a proof there or it will be an invalid post.

yea its helps , hammer of wrath cant be dodge parry or block.. like judgement, they are special attacks .And what proof u need? i cant take screenshoot ,dodged abilities are not in my combat log. Just test it on a rogue , he use evasion and he dodge almost all hammer of wrath, but not all, dont know why, but he can dogde so its a bug(and not just with evasion, today i duel a feral and he also dodge it).
