[FIXED] [Druid][Balance][Spell] Sunfire & Moonfire extensions

WoW Freakz spell link: Sunfire and Moonfire
Bug description: Sunfire's dot extension, "Wrath and Starsurge crits extend the duration of your Sunfire on the target by 2 seconds" as well as Moonfire's dot extension from Starfire and Starsurge critical hits don't work.
Proof: easily testable.
Note:The dots should keep their snapshots made on apply even if its duration is extended.

Incepeti sa va invatati prost cu duma asta cu "proof: easy testable". Postati odata dovezile care vi se cer, nu mai veniti cu aberatii de genul.

Da, a fost fixat intre timp, dar bug report-ul a ramas.
Cand ai fixat treaba asta, ai facut ca Lunar/Solar Energy sa iti fie dat cand spell-ul ajunge la target, in loc de momentul cand s-a terminat castul. (asta e valabil la spell-urile cu travel time precum Wrath, Starsurge)
