If you can't read romanian read this Mining site:

Mining allows you to find the ores and rocks in deposits. These deposits can be found almost everywhere in game. Materials processed from mining can be used by other professions such as Engineering, Blacksmithing, Jewelcrafting
To start you need to learn skills, you can find a trainer in any city. After you have learned you have to buy mining Mining Pick which you can buy from any <Trade Supplies>, <Blacksmithing & Mining Supplies> or <Tradesman>.
Mining also gives the player toughness (Wowhead link), a passive skill that increases stamina up to 120.

The increase mining's deposits will change exp rate. Such as:

Red: Skill insufficient.
Orange: 100% chance to grow skills
Yellow: 75% chance to grow skills
Green: 50% chance to grow skills
Gray: 0% chance to grow skills

Do not forget to check out trainer from time to time. Mined without risk to get points on mining.

Grade:

1-70 Mining - Mining Apprentice
Mining 70-125 - Journeyman Mining
Mining 125-225 - Mining Expert
Mining 225-275 - Artisan Mining
Mining 275-350 - Master Mining
Mining 350-425 - Grand Master Mining
Mining 425-525 - Illustrious GM Mining




Optional:

You can put an enchant gloves Enchant Gloves - Advanced Mining, should not cost much since it requires 3 x Truesilver Bars and 3 x Vision Dust.
Or if you can make your engineering Goblin Mining Helmet.

Also note that deposits occur mostly on hills, cliffs and mountains and that in Darnassus are not deposits of mining. So if you Night Elf recommend you start in another city.

So good to start mining site itself:


Mining 1 to 50

Recommended Location: Durotar, Dun Morogh

Alternative: Elwynn Forest, Darkshore, Tirisfal Glades, Mulgore, Eversong Woods.

Hours: Copper Vein


Mining 50-100

Recommended Location: Hillsbard Foothills, Northern Stranglethorn

Alternative: Ashenvale, Duskwood

Hours: Tin Vein, Silver Vein


Mining 100-150

Recommended Location: Western Plaguelands, Feralas

Alternative: The Cape of Stranglethorn

Hours: Iron Deposit Gold Vein

Mining 150-200

Recommended Location: Felwood, Burning Steppes

Alternative: Badlands

Hours: Mithril Deposit, Deposit Truesilver


Mining 200-275

Recommended Location: Un'Goro Crater, Winterspring

Alternative: Silithus, Swamp of Sorrow, blasted Lands

Hours: Small Thorium Vein, Rich Thorium Vein


Mining 275-325

Recommended Location: Hellfire Peninsula

Hours: Fel Iron Deposit


Mining 325-350

Recommended Location: Nagrand

Hours: Adamantite Deposit


Mining 350-400

Recommended Location: Howling Fjord

Hours: Cobalt Deposit Rich Cobalt Deposit


Mining 400-425

Recommended Location: Sholazar Basin, Wintergrasp

Hours: Saronic Deposit, Rich Saronic Deposit


Mining 425-475

Recommended Location: Mount Hyjal, Vashj'ir Mining Map

Hours: Obsidium Deposit, Rich Obsidium Deposit


Mining 475-525

Recommended Location: Twilight Highlands

Hours: Elementium Vein, Rich Vein Elementium

bv ma...la 350-400 stai 1 an sa faci ca nu gasesti decat 2-3 mine de cobalt pe mapa..
Edit 1 : recomand de la 375-400 sa se mineze khorium ore in Nagrand deoarece cobalt nu se gaseste bine,am incercat in Howling Fjord am gasit 3 in toata mapa,am incercat in Zul`Drak am gasit 2 sau 3 in toata mapa am cautat in Borean Tundra am gasit doar una,dak vreti fac si o poza la harta nagrand unde se gasesc khorium.

Mining from 525 - 600

The trainers for this can be found in the Jade Forrest:
Alliance - Rockseeker Guo (Paw'don Village)
Horde - Stonebreaker Ruian (Honeydew Village)

Location: The Jade Forrest

Alternative Location: Valley of the Four Winds, Dread Wastes, Townlong Steppes
(pretty much everywhere, but mostly these areas)

Ore: Ghost Iron Ore, Rich Ghost Iron Ore

Please note that Ghoste Iron Ore has a 30 minute respawn timer, while Rich Ghost Iron Ore has a 1 hour respawn timer.

Also, using the Freakz Database tool can help you see how much time is left until the ores respawn -

PS: I appologize to the creater of this guide for posting this, but I believed that this is necesary, and my only wish was to help the people who are struggling with mining from 525 - 600.
