guild master gone for 3 months

My character Aardvark is an officer in the guild WolfsPack. Our guildmaster has been gone for over 3 months and the guild has died. Is there anyway I could be made guild master so I can rebuild it?

As you can see in this picture, the guild master has been flagged as inactive. However, the DETHRONE button does not work. If you could possibly make this feature work then people like me wouldn't be bugging you about these minor issues
I've really been trying to get this guild alive again, but the former guild master left the bank access so messed up its really difficult. You have to be an officer to even put things into the bank!

Since you both have same rank I need him to post here that he is fine with transferring the GuildMaster access to you (`and not to him).
