Bug description: Killed him, no loot at all. Can we get some loot for this? Have all names for players if necessary.

As a leader of that raid, i also submitted a ticket the moment we couldn't loot it.
However my ticket was completely neglected or dismissed without any answer, (nice professionalism btw). I got use to "post it on the forums" answer which we did right here.

Something you should know about this boss (if they didn't fixed it) is that he is not working at all, since some spells are completly bugged and cause a server/client crash. They disabled the loot (when I killed him I think he didn't gave me nothing) so we don't get easy items from that boss.

Stop giving false information please , we just did a 10 heroic yesterday and the boss dropped loot , it could be a coincidence that both your raid leaders released upon dying or got disconnected , if not its just bad luck probably or a random bug , but the loot hasnt been disabled thats for sure.

Orga, in the picture i relogged after a minute or two trying to loot the boss via FFA/GL/ML just to check if i could loot it after relog. No one died on the boss,no one dc-ed, there was no problems with the alrdy bugged encounter as it stands. I didn't provide any wrong information. I stated everything that happened in the Ticket that was disbanded w/o any answer what so ever.

It's pretty certain loot works. Similar bug happened once in MSV Guardians. Ticket got dismissed with a response saying to post on forums and we didn't even get compensated for it. It was a 10n, so it was like "meh"...

This was a 10 heroic, and if the same thing is done... not gonna lie, that's really retarded of the server. Especially considering the first case that happened. If it is bad luck, at least compensate or something I guess. 2 random items, whispers Discyality in game since he was leader, and as good as done.

If you need further proof, ask any of the members in the raid (who's name I've made visible for a reason), about the achievement, as well as their loot history as proof of nothing having been looted. For some reason, Gara'jal or Stone Guards don't appear there on 10HC.

Nah Orga you didn't offended anyone, its all cool. Its just professionalism from the side of the server with disbanded ticket and no response what so ever is downside. Specially cause back on Cata GM's actually helped with this kind of matter.

Ok, ignoring the fact that you do not have the kill registered on the Armory I have tried killing Gara'jal multiple times and had no "loot bug".

Only time I encountered this was when I managed to get him into combat without the other two bosses being killed, him having the "Sleeping" effect and the "untargetable" status. Only then he couldn't be looted.

Do you have any details on how you made the kill so I can reproduce the bug?
P.S. As for the "cata times" that was an exception because it was the end of an expansion and there were loot problems @chests but now is a fresh expansion and we are more cautious.

As you can see the very first(last achievement is dated to the day our original post here was made) on me is indeed Gara'jal the Spiritbinder. If u check the armory (my toon) again you will see that our Stone Guard 10h kill is listed as 10n, and the loot above is clearly heroic which could result in a Armory bug could be that kill wasn't registered.

As for how we did our run.. it was pretty strait forward, Stone Guard,Feng the Accursed,Gara'jal the Spiritbinder. Nothing seamed weird or buggy, and as mentioned "Gara'jal the Spiritbinder" wasn't sleeping, he was very much active and ready to fight.

Did all the bosses on the same run, dont blame us for the non working armory.

Worth noting... Like I said, can provide proof. Got achievement on same day of this.

the armory thing is very weird aswell, i've seen timers getting bugged many times and not showing , but the armory has been my go to place for boss kills , this seems to be a special case so im outta here.

Just look at the tooltip near recount, it says Loot: Eromo. So, if Eromo had lead or master looter(if u were doing it with ml) and he released or reloged or even got dc while encounter, it may bug as well.
As Orga said, dnt let RL/ML person to release/relog before looting.
