[DUPLICATE] Glyph of Consecration

Bug description: Glyph of Consecration is supposed to make Consecration be placed wherever you like.However, when you place the green circular symbol where you want to, then click, Consecration is applied under your feet like the normal Consecration does (without a glyph).
Proof: Here I have some proof. I placed the circle under the mob then clicked it. As you can see, the mob is intact and Consecration shines beneath my hooves.
