...what the hell? I got a response and yet it was false? I just did that and it still didn't work. If a quest is buggy, at least put a note on HOW the custom fix is. I still don't know how to do this one. It doesn't work right.

You just have to get Cultist Acolyte's Hood(check the link if you don't know from where to get it). Use it and the speak with Highlord Tirion Fordring(click the link to see which Tirion because there are many).
