I was planning to transmog into http://www.wowhead.com/item=45077/dagger-of-the-rising-moon#modelviewer but it is unique-equipped. If it is transmogged can I dual wield it?

I believe you can transmog both your daggers with the same skin no matter if unique equiped or not.
