Bug description: lightning shields procs the echo of elements thus eating all procs every 4 seconds.

Still not fixed. Issue still occurs as described in the first bug report.

Just tested, works ok for me. Is there any other version of Lightning Shield used in other mechanics? Or just the basic Lightning Shield

That's the one I already used, the triggered spell 26364. As mentioned, works correctly for me with this spell, but maybe there's another spell with same name "Lightning Shield" triggered by something else?

No ideea. These too are the only ones i've found. Maybe it's something else when the Lightning Shield stacks due to elemental passive for fulmination ?
