Bug description: When i have Ascension and change it out with another spell. I still have 5 Chi. Its not visual bug as I show in the video. I tryed relogging and respeccing but I always have 5 Chi.

It always reverts to 4 chi when changing talents, for me at least. Are you sure you can actually make use of all 5 chi points?

It was a strange bug. Yes I could use all 5 chi.
