[Server Backup] - Early Morning Maintenance Warning

I'm pretty sure we all know about the server maintenance done at 5:30 AM - 6:30 AM Server Time. There's people who are awake during this time due to being across the ocean... (Only 10:30 PM - 11:30 PM for me)

It's a little frustrating going into an RDF and the backup happens. It's only a minute warning. Can there be a 30 minute warning before that gets done? Just like server restarts.

Added more warnings: 30 min, 15 min, 10 min, 5 min, 3 min, 1 min. Should be ok now
