Bug description: purify consumes CD even if you don't have a single debuff. it's supposed to be CD-free when u are just spamming it (for no reason), now it is the same as Mass dispel, which is bad. the mechanics are the same as every other class (that has dispel), so if it's fixed, should be no problem to fix, if it's not you should carry that burden too.
