Bug description: Glyph of Inner Sanctum doesnt reduce spell damage by 6% to the buff inner fire, the part for inner willl with movement speed work well
Proof: http://prntscr.com/8q24ox

on screenshoot , without glyph and with glyph are separed by some heal, so first part of dmg is without glyph and second is with glyph

i did inner fire after changing glyph to be sure that the glyph will be "active"
