Bug description: Northern Cloth Scavenging should work with Cataclysm and Pandaria cloths as well. It kept the name 'NORTHERN Cloth Scavenging' throughout WotLK, Cata and MoP, it was only renamed in WoD. But the name and tooltip are misleading as it should give extra cloth drops in any post-BC mob that drops cloth. Currently on Freakz it is only working in Northrend with Frostweave Cloth( http://tinypic.com/r/1o1vn8/8 ).

Also, chance to loot extra cloth should be 50%
