Bug description: Achievement alert frames cannot be seen after gaining an achievement.
Proof: I just tried with two of my accounts in every aspect. For example, I remowed cache, WTF and interface folders. I downloaded a couple of addons about achievement alert frames and also I downloaded Wow 5.4.8 in the server's website with blizzard default addon in the addon page.
Interestingly, I can see in textlog my achievements and i can see small achi frames in some big achievements. -
