G.N.E.R.D. Rage is semi bugged, the counter resets after dying not just the buff, being horde makes this one near impossible without full pvp gear.

For Pandaria... it says fixed on first post...

Nothing's in sight. It says they're spawned on site, they appear on minimap ingame, yet I can't find them (I've looked thoroughly, and can confirm it for both dread wastes locations, and all of jade forest).

On another note... I noticed that the objects are spawned, but they don't have the "only appears on these dates" to limit it for Hallow's End only.

Hmm. That's weird. Seems to be a problem with their Display. Shocker will see into it as he is the only that can fix this.
As for the "Only appears on..." I don't know what to say.

Same problem here, you can click them but you can't complete the quest to recive the hand.

A Time to Gain quest seems to be bugged, a friend can find and do it but I cannot get the quest from the NPC

The Jade Forest, Tian Monestary, Candy Bucket is not giving credit for Tricks & Treats of Pandaria achievement.

As a matter of fact it is not even spawned, the Kun-Lai Summit, The Grummle Bazaar is in this location instead.

The object and quest supposed to be at the tian monestary location are below

The quest appears with a blue "?" instead of a yellow one and I am not able to complete it.
This candy bucket is the specific one that is supposed to be at Kun-Lai Summit, The Grummle Bazaar which is not there.

I am pretty sure that I had completed the quest, but it did not give credit for achievement. Can you please fix this!!!!

The problem with quests is fixed. Only the Candy Bucket in Kun-Lai Summit @ Grummle Bazar doesn't have a DisplayID but it will be fixed at new server rr.

Seems like the entire Pandaria Achievement with Candy Buckets is not working. Shall inform Shocker about it as he the only one that can fix achievements.

This candy bucket offers 3 quests instead of just 1 for each faction, I would assume one of the quests it offers is the one I am getting that i am unable to complete.

All the other candy buckets only offer 2 quests, 1 for each faction, but the one pumpkin that offers 3 quests, i just happen to choose the wrong quest and have 1 missing requirement in my world achievements now... i swear can you people do anything right lol

I can confirm this i also got same problem cant complete it had 3 quest and i cant seem to complete it
i did try exiting and re logging .

Fixed the candy bucket @ Tian Monstery, should be ok after next restart. Other buckets seem to work already, why are you saying they don't work? Thinking

Err, what about the scrubs who didnt read this topic (like me) and completed the quest @ tian monastery before restart? Are we gonna be able to re-do the quest after restart or..?
