[REJECTED] Questgivers wont give me quests for some reason

Bug description: for some reason Darkcaller Yanka (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=15197&&name=darkcaller-yanka) wont give me the quest "a time to build up" ive seen other people finish the quest and get the achievement. however for me shes only a vendor that sells stink bomb clusters... same happened with Thalorien Dawnseeker - he doesnt start the quest chain, even if freakz website states he should... any idea why they dont like me? i feel oddly discriminated do you have any idea what could have caused this? my character name is same as this one - Outrage
