Bug description: Doesn't give back health. Should set health to 10%. If you're at 15%, and it's a fatal attack, 10%. Even if you're at 3% and you get a fatal hit, again up to 10%. The damage reduction part works perfectly. The health is the only concern.

Proof: Simply give it a test. You'll notice health never is regained.

Confirm. The spell have some other issues too. Sometimes , when the rogue is hit really hard Cheat Death don't even proc .... the rogue istantly dies.

I was hit in arena by a elemental shammy with proc on lava burst . I was full Hp (400k) ... instant kill in 1 secound , cheat death doesen't proc.

Cheat death shouldn't heal you. If you are at 200 HP and get a hit that would kill you than you will stay at 200 HP and get the damage reduction. It's not as a Mage's Cauterize.

About the not proccing there should be some more conclusive proofs and ways to reproduce it. Off the top of my head i believe that thanks to the Mastery and Echo of the Elements this happened. Must test it more thoroughly.
