[FIXED] Achievement sound and pop-up

Bug description: Ok, so I'm not sure if this is a bug or the way it's supposed to be in MoP, but there's no pop-up or sound when you get an achievement anymore. I've found some YouTube vids where you can see the pop-up( https://youtube.com/watch?v=GNwCphSkZao&t=132:

), so that missing here is a confirmed bug. On Freakz you only get achievement progress pop-ups. Don't know about the sound since apparently everyone has to talk/play music over every goddamn video on YouTube now, so I can't hear it. Also, I think the achievement sound effect plays when you use Void Tendrils on priest, which should not be happening.

I also redownloaded the Client and used it with/without Addons.
Looks like it's something random because some characters get their Achievement Pop-Up + Sound.

I can also confirm it, but to me, it never happens. On any character that i tried, no pop-up and no sound. The achievement just appears in the chat and it needs a relog or going through a loading screen to be seen in the list.
