[FIXED] Steamwheedle Cartel Reputation Grind not working

Bug description: Cand omori anumiti npc ar trebui sa primesti reputatie cu Steamwheedle Cartel (Everlook, Ratchet, Booty Bay, Gadgetzan). Acesti npc nu ofera reputatie cand ii omori. Acesti npc ar trebui sa iti dea reputatie chiar si atunci cand esti Revered cu aceste factiuni.
http://www.wowhead.com/guides/achievements/reputation/a-guide-for-the-insane#-steamwheedle-cartel => Kill Southsea Swabbie, Southsea Swashbuckler, Southsea Taskmaster & Southsea Pirate until you hit exalted with Booty Bay, Everlook, Ratchet and 20999/21000 with Gadgetzan.

3 reputation with Booty Bay
5 reputation with Gadgetzan

In majoritatea cazurilor se specifica pe wowhead: "this npc gives reputation until honored/revered". La acesti npc nu este specificat ca inceteaza sa mai ofere reputatie la revered.

Changed those 4 npcs to give some of these reputations (currently only 2 reputations can be awarded by NPC, so I made 2 of the npcs to give reputation with 2 factions, and the other 2 npcs to give reputation with the other 2 factions). You can now check the npc finder https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=7855&&name=southsea-pirate to see what reputations each NPC gives. If there are other npcs please post all of them
