A few snippets from the Q&A:
- Bolvar Fordragon will make a cameo appearance in Legion;
- Upon meeting Alleria and Turalyon players will get to view the "world" of Azeroth and the other planets in a different perspective, thus giving a different view upon the game itself, and the future expansions;
- More class-specific quests will be added in the future;
- Mob tapping will allow important NPCs to be attacked and share their loot within more than 1 initial player;
- Blizzard will not try to give out an expansion every year or every two years, rather when they are ready;
- Sargeras' Tomb is only a monument for now, but it can be subject to change;
- No NEW Battleground for Legion;
- Dalaran has been dramatically upgraded, not just graphically;
- Keystone affixes will function globally, not player-specific, similar to Hearthstone Taver-brawls;
- Fury Warriors will still keep Titan's Grip;
- Scenarios will be integrated in the world, rather than the MoP system;
- EVERY spec has its own Artifact, but working for your secondary spec artifact will provide a catch-up mechanic, in order to prevent massive grinding;
- in Legion, players are able to have 3 different specs (4 for druids, 2 for demon hunters);
- KHARAZAN will be relevant in Legion;
- Reforging is not returning;
- Artifacts can be transmogrified;

warriors will be the rogues of legion haha
enrage now increases attack speed by 100% and increases damage taken by 30%, so that sucks. And additionally - Frenzy - Furiously slash at the target, dealing moderate Physical damage, and increasing your Haste by 5% for 10 sec. Stacks up to 5 times.

keep in mind people that these details are merely baseline plus there are hundreds of other talents coming out, which nobody has seen yet.

Those alone can alter the way a class work, a lot!
