[FIXED] [Multiple] Combat Potion vs Charge Spells

Bug description: When using a potion while in combat spells that have charges don't allow you to use multiple charges until you get out of combat.

Ex: using Kill Shot when the boss is under 20% you should be able to use again Kill Shot. The visual cd is reset and seems like you can use it but when you try to use it it says that "Ability is not ready yet".

Ex2: using Force of Nature as a feral when you use the potion in combat you can only use max 2 charges and you still have one left that you can't use. You can use another one only when you get 2 charges but then you can only use 1 charge and are left with 1 unused charge and get the same message as above "Ability is not ready yet".

Same goes for conflagrATE/Dark Soul as mentioned here and any other spell that has charges, even Charge with Double Time talent.

This started when the multi-potion exploit was fixed.
