Bug description: Cand dau Hand of Protection am silence complet, ar trebui sa imi pot da heal, doar sa nu pot ataca(physical attacks) (Places a Hand on a party or raid member, protecting them from all physical attacks for 10 seconds, but during that time they cannot attack or use physical abilities.)
