Bug description: This is causing mobs to be unlootable in some cases, I'm not sure what affects the chance, but it is this talent. When the pet is out and hunter with this talent kills a mob, it can be unlootable, and will display as if someone else killed it with a grey name tag in the portrait.

This is a general issue. If any pet kills a mob without you damaging it first, it won't count as your own kill.

Interesting, didn't know that. This talent does make it a lot worse though.

This issue persists since forever and frankly I never seen it reported. Whenever your pet kills a mob that you haven't attacked the loot goes to the pet and not you. That's not related to the talent itself but as in general so I will close this topic and will put it on general listings.
Untill there is a fix make sure you attack the mob at least once.
