Wolrd bosses Door

As a new player i tryied for the first time the world bosses, once the raid was full everyone got teleported in front of the stairs ramp that lead to the "raid" door, everyone could easly pass the door, exept me. I wasn't able to enter the raid and i don't know why, i tryied to reload and relog as well, nothing. That happened twice and i still don't know the reason, did someone had th same experience? if yes, how did you fixed? I also opened a ticket in-game hoping for an answer

Please make sure to delete cache & WTF folders and re-download Freakz launcher from our homepage.

If that doesn't work you can try to enter a BG, complete if you want or leave it and try afterwards to enters the Instance.

^ what he said , happened to me a long time ago and worked , incase there are no bg ques i beleive arena just works aswell so try that
