Bug description: some times in arena when you have clemency talent and want use 1 spell 2time for example Hand of freedom

after you use it 1 time for 2st charge it say : spell is not ready yet

this not happen all time and i dont know exactly when this happen but i think when you take clemency in arena room it happen i am not sure

Proof: test it in game i think other paladins who use this talent in arena can confrim it!!!

U need to reset your talents, happens sometime when u relog / teleport or use portals.

there were fixes made recently to these kind of bugs. If the problem occurs again please do another post since I can't reproduce it at this moment.
