Shado-Pan helmet transmog

Hello everyone, today i decided to "buy" a shado-pan helmet trought vote points because i wanted to skip the rep since i was not interested in other things rather the helmet itself. Once i tryied to transmog it a warning message appeared telling me that i can transmog only item that i can equip. The problem is that i can actually equip the helmet but not use it for transmog. Is there any solution that allows me to use as transmog w/out actually compleating the reputation? Otherwise, why is it purchasable in the vote shop if you still need the reputation to use it? Equip it? Do you still have the Exalted Reputation with Shado-Pan because the problem is here. You still need the Reputation.

Thank you for the quick replay. What i was trying to understand is if i still need the rep because in that case it make almost no senso to have it in the market anyway good that you let me know

Its same for alliance/horde only tabards. But as far as I remember I wrote a ticket in game saying I'm unable to use an item I voted for, and shortly after received votes refund. Been a while though, hope certain rules didn't change. Either way - good luck, transmog enthusiast
