[FIXED] Aggro percentages / Threat viewing

Bug description: Aggro percentages aren't show correctly ,usually it shows that you have 220% aggro on target and it's impossible for tanks to know if the boss is gonna change targets.Addons like omen are useless.
Proof: http://imgur.com/S4V7REn Omen Threat Meter doesn't work (bottom left corner),i couldn't make it show aggro percentages even if i checked it in interface options

Since i didn't get any official answers,can you at least tell me if i need to bring more proofs ?I tried but currently i can't see any threat when i target an enemy.

Also i tried using a threat meter like 2-3 months ago, if i recall i tried using Omen threat meter, wasnt working at all for me (i had 5.1.0 version, there isnt higher but it should still work) and yes i have *load out of date addons* enabled.

It's not just the addon,i tried both 5.1.0 version and 5.0.4 and neither works,but nor the blizzard interface ,it just doesn't show you how much threat you have on target.
@shocker ,i hope it's not hard to fix.
