Bug description: the bug is that this item http://www.wowhead.com/item=31750/earthen-signet dropped by http://www.wowhead.com/npc=19044/gruul-the-dragonkiller should be a 100% drop because is an item quest, according to wowfreakz link of this item Gruul droppes it in 100% but it isn't dropped.

Yes , on Freakz show that it is 100 % drop chance , but on wowhead show that it is 1% drop chance... maybe a database error.
