So what am I suppose to do if wecoldn't even loot the boss after we've killed it? (Gara'jal the Spiritbinder)

You could provide at least a character name and maybe something that may seemed weird during the encounter like if it was master loot and the ML was changed to another person during the encounter or if the loot was changed after the boss was killed. Stuff like that.

Gara'Jal sometimes bugs out when it comes to loot. You should provide character name & armory link + screenshot of the raid. We will be able to confirm that you didn't receive any loot.
