[FIXED] Shadowfang Keep HC - Messed up numbers.

Bug description: All bosses have wrong HP numbers and their damage is way too low. It seems that bosses on Heroic are actually bosses from the normal version of the dungeon. Also mobs damage is low as well, they all hit around ~55. But the loot is from the heroic. So it's basically like you are doing level 18 dungeon and you recive rewards for level 85. It can be abused easily, and people who are leveling can easily gain op gear.

Fixed all HP&Damage problems @NPCs/Bosses.
