Nu conteaza cand ai facut cererea , se calculeaza timpul de cand ai grad .

Îți las cererea deschisã pana cand se împlinesc 2 saptamani, cand se implinesc 2 saptamani iți dau gradul pentru ca vad ca majoritatea contra sunt din pricina timpului.
