Bug description: It simply doesn't count when a click on the metal stake and then kill Doctor Sabnok.

Bug description: When I firstly killed the Apprentice Osterkilgr (when not having the quest)
, it showed "Objective Complete" and after a relog it appeared in Quest Log, but not completed. I went to the NPC who should give the quest (Bone Witch) and the "Complete Quest" button for the quest was clickable, but it didn't work.

For "A Visit to the Doctor" you just need to kil Doctor Sabnok. Just tested and it works.
For "Deep in the Bowels of the Underhalls" just abandon it, retake it and re-kill Apprentice Osterkilgr and it should work.
