[FIXED] [Monk][Talent] Chi Wave Bounces in PvP

Bug description: Chi Wave in a 1v1 situation should deal damage 4 times and heal 4 times. At the moment it just stops in 1v1 after 1 bounce. The information posted here in this fix is for multiple targets not between two. It should be the same formula: A E A E A E A or E A E A E A E where A = you, E = Enemy.
