Problema mic / voice in game

Am o mare problema, cand vreau sa activez mic-ul in Counter-Strike, bifez optiunea "Enable voice in this game", dau Apply dar se deselecteaza singura si nu pot vorbi la microfon pe nici un server si nici nu aud pe cei care vorbesc.
Va rog ajurati-ma!
V-am postat si cfg-ul poate e ceva configurat gresit in el. http://www.netdrive.ws/267825.html

mergem mic-ul in alte aplicatii, si cand dau TEST in optiunea din poza ma aud, stiu ca trebuie apasat pe K dar mi-am schimbat bind-ul e pe CAPSLOCK
Chestia e ca-mi face pe steam si pe nosteam
