Bug description: have done every thing for the event quest i know there is a vusial bug but the quest seem not working

i have find the problem u must kill Sha of Violence at normal not hc

Go in Shadopan Monastery, Kill the Sha of Violence, near by you will find Erik. Click him, relog.

Then go turn in the quest.

I have the same bug. I killed the Sha of Violence on both normal and heroic and it didn't count, here is the proof : http://imgur.com/BwTLfXb . And the proof that it's not a visual bug : http://imgur.com/U6ELTje .
