Bug description: There are currently two bugs within Blood Boil:
1.When you hit for the second time your target with Blood Boil you get 20 Runic Power which you shouldn't(after the second time, you can spam Blood Boil constantly and still generate 20 runic power which lend the DK's dmg to be op)

2.If you do hit more than one target you get 40 runic power another source of making DK's rune to generate way faster by spamming Blood Boil and after Death Coil thus getting free Death runes and causing massive Necrotic Strike.

Proof: Blood Boil should receive 10 Runic Power when it hits even if there are more than two people you shouldn't get more than 20 runic Power, and shouldn't receive 20 Runic Power if you hit something but 10 instead.

Nice find dude, good job. Really hope someone looks into DKs a bit more since its almost unreal to match unholy dk in 2s/3s. Upvoted

Confirmed!

Blood Boil generates 20 runic power (in unh or blood presence) or 28 runic power (in Frost presence) instead of only 10/12, this for only one target! This is only when the spell actually does damage to a target.

When your blood boil hits more targets you get 20/28 RP for as many targets as you hit. I did a Blood Boil on Unh Presence on 12 targets i went from 0 to 100 runic power in one cast.
