Custom Christmas Event Gift or Hell???

in Custom Christmas Event i buy "Second Shard of Frostmourne" and complete " Snow White's Guidance" quest. and get next quest " What about the Dwarves? - Part Two" .

but before completing that quest event over without any notification. now i don't have "Second Shard of Frostmourne" neither " Medalion of Snow White". now what i have to do cause i lost 76k for nothing??????

is that was gift of Christmas to lose all my gold?????

i need my gold back cause it take me long time to earn it.
