Bug description:Should proc on Paladin himself too, not only the ppl that his healing. So if i heal myself and it got crit, so it procing.

P.S. I know that not that important i know that guys, but still would be cool if it gets fixed, after all this is one of the good small glyphs that pala has

Strange, the glyph says "Critical heals on other players display a small pillar of light at their location briefly."
