Pentru Craciun si Revelion, romanii au stat la coada la hipermarketuri. Dupa sarbatori, vor lua cu asalt salile de sport. Au mult de tras ka sa arate ca Mister Patratel. E regele abdomenelor.

Frank e instructor de fitness si in ultimii 9 ani si-a construit corpul de invidiat. A mancat carne timp de 30 de ani, dar a renuntat in 2006. Noul regim e combinat cu un program spartan la sala. Se antreneaza cateva ore pe zi.
