Ingrediente

500 gr carne porc (muschiulet)
4 linguri ulei
4 frunze salvie
2 catei usturoi
4 frunze busuioc
4 fire patrunjel
1 conserva fasole de 400 gr
1/2 conserva rosii intregi de 400 gr
sare, piper
boia

Mod de preparare

Carnea de porc o uscam bine cu un servetel. Impanam bucata de carne cu un catel de usturoi (taiem usturoiul felii si facem mici incizii in carne si introducem acolo feliile). Frecam bine muschiuletul cu sare si piper. Il asezam intr-o tava care merge la cuptor. Presaram putina boia deasupra.
Intr-un vas mic incalzim uleiul, adaugam celalalt catel de usturoi felii si frunzele de salvie. Lasam sa stea apoi 5 minute sa se aromatizeze uleiul. Scoatem usturoiul din vas iar uleiul si salvia le turnam peste carne.
Adaugam si 1/2 pahar apa in tava, acoperim cu folie (sa fie perfect sigilata) si dam la cuptor la 220C pentru 1 1/2 ore.
Cu 10 minute inainte de a fi gata carnea, scurgem conserva de fasole si rosiile de suc. Rosiile le rupem cu o furculita. Le punem intr-o strecuratoare si condimentam cu sare si piper. Adaugam patrunjelul si busuiocul tocat. Lasam la scurs 10 minute.
Cand e gata carnea, scoatem folia, adaugam garnitura de fasole cu rosii de jur imprejur (o amestecam putin cu sosul din tava) si mai lasam 10 minute la cuptor, fara folie, cat sa se incalzeasca garnitura.
Scoatem tava din cuptor si acoperim cu folie de aluminiu 10 minute, ca friptura sa devina suculenta. Daca ati taia-o imediat sucul din carne s-ar scurge si friptura ar deveni uscata.
Serviti friptura de porc taiata felii cu garnitura de fasole si rosii. Pofta buna!

Arata mai bine aia ca friptura, e muschi ceva.

E muschi de porc,si normal ca e friptura,o tragi in tigaie putin,o bagi la cuptor si apoi o pui in fasolica sa-i dai tot gustul.
