as i see in this topic u say fixed seal of justic ....

but as i test in PTR PVE this part of this seal dont work :

- Successful attack by spell with melee damage class

like TV.CS.HOR...

and seal of justic damage and slow apply only and only with : - Successful melee auto attack

Proof:
test it in ptr realm i dont have lvl 90 paladin to test it in genesis realm
(also it dont work on X realm{@shocker u know where i am talking about })

test on genesis, not ptr.

ok i tested it in Genesis with help from some one i WATCH his duel and i told him how test it(i told stay with some way he dont hit target with auto attack and use his spell with melee damage class like: CS/TV/DS/HOR,... but none of them apply slow and seal damage... it work and apply debuff and damage only with auto attack..

Tested it on Genesis. Only autoattacks apply the debuff now.
