Bug description: If two monks use Rising Sun Kick on the same target, both of them should have their own debuff on target. Instead, on target remains the debuff from the last one who use it.

confirmed. It's a personal debuff that increases the dmg done only by YOU to the target.

The initial title of this topic was regarding MORTAL WOUNDS, however madau (and the video) is talking about Rising Sun Kick debuff, I don't understand which one you wanted to talk about but I fixed Rising Sun Kick to stack for each caster
